She can come to you at your convenience - hassle free for you! Heidi prides herself in being able to give her clients a superior body work treatment, and really listens to you and what you need. But because of her other qualifications she can offer much more than just massage, giving you advice on general fitness, health, injury rehab and management advice, specific stretching and strengthening exercises needed to achieve the desired results.
Heidi offers relaxation, sports and remedial massage therapy, which includes various techniques; trigger points, myofascial release, cross fiber, deep tissue¿whatever is needed and most appropriate. Heidi has had numerous years experience working in many situations, such as:

- 3 years private practice working with clients of all types, athletes/elderly/mums/pregnant women/general public with everyday aches and pains.
