If you are not after a coach to take you for lots of sessions, but need more advice and guidance and feedback just with what to do on your own...... This is perfect for you. Heidi can tailor specific programs for you, day to day and week to week - whether you are after general health and fitness improvement or specific sporting/athletic performance. Some clients use this option along side regular or infrequent Personal Training sessions. Regular phone calls and email contact are encouraged and advised to get the most out of yourself and the programs.
Goals, injury issues, lifestyle concerns, nutrition etc are all discussed just as with any other client.
