1-on-1 Training

One on one training insures you get maximum attention and guidance, for maximum results. It also means that it is a total time out for you the client, with no distractions from anyone else; it is your time to enhance your life as best you can.


Availability

One on one sessions can be performed at any location suitable for both client and Heidi. Sessions outside are encouraged, with indoor training in the privacy of your own home, or a gym possible as well. The sky is the limit as far as what physical activity you can do with your trainer. All programs are designed specific to your ability, your goals and needs.
