WEDNESDAY

   10am -  OPTIMIZING CORE & POSTURE training

  5.45/6pm-7PM -  CYCLE FIT - indoor wind trainer sessions

  7.15pm -  TRX/BOSU class

THURSDAY

 

  6pm  TRX/BOSU class

   7pm-8pm approx GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

   (strength & Fitness circuit)

   7.00pm - CYCLE FIT indoor wind trainer sessions

   (*different trainer taking this class)

FRIDAY

  9.30amGROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

  (strength & Fitness circuit)

5.30pm-  CYCLE FIT indoor wind trainer sessions

*(this time slot TBC depending on demand - could be a TRX or CORE class if needed as well)

 

SATURDAY

 

  2.30 pm -  OPTIMIZING CORE & POSTURE training

  4pm -  RUNNING GROUP - Longer/steady paced group run

Group Personal Training





Group personal training can be advantageous for many reasons. A lot of fun with friends, family or new training partners. It can be an extra motivator for many people when there is a group all working together and encouraging one another. It is a little cheaper as well, but you get just as high quality of session, and groups are small enough to still get personal attention. An array of circuits and drills and games can be performed in groups that aren't possible in a one on one session. Value for money!!

Groups are between 2 - 10 people, and sessions can be run once again at a location suitable between clients and the trainer, both outdoor and indoor.

Group Set Sessions

All sessions are held at Lakewood Estate, Knoxfield.

Monday 7pm,

Thursday, 7pm

Friday, 9.30am

General all over strength and fitness sessions for all abilities.
